Clinical Trainer (Korean Speaker Only) [South Korea]


 

Brief Position Description:
Clinical Trainer is primarily responsible for assisting Clinical L&D Manager in training curriculum development including material development (user manuals, reference guides, iHelp, training videos, FAQs, Workflows etc), maintenance and formal delivery to internal/external users for all applicable clinical trainings. The Clinical Trainer will assist Clinical L&D Manager in analysing training requirements based on feedback from end users as well as stakeholders in Clinical Services and deliver training to intended audience via various methodologies. The Clinical Trainer will work closely with the Clinical L&D Manager/s and the Director / Team Leader Clinical L&D in the development of relevant training materials and delivery of training within Clinical Services.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in clinical research at Senior CRA level or as trainer in clinical services of any pharmaceutical / clinical research organization.

    Excellent presentation skills in both virtual and face-to-face settings.
  • Experience in delivery of training using effective teaching methodologies and tools.
  • An understanding of clinical research processes and terminology will be beneficial.
  • Experience in using digital learning development tools is desirable, e.g., PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, Camtasia.
  • Korean speaker but must also be proficient in English language.

Responsibilities:
Assist / work closely the Clinical L&D Manager / Team Lead / Director Clinical L&D in in executing below mentioned responsibilities:

  • Project manage the learning lifecycle for clinical trainings to achieve business and L&D metrics, e.g., analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Design and develop learning solutions, e.g., manuals, QRGs, videos, in-app help functionality, workflows, FAQs, and competency assessments for each clinical system.
  • Deliver end user training using evidence-based approaches.
  • Revise existing materials as necessary to incorporate new operational / regulatory requirements, evaluation outcomes and application enhancements.
  • Participate in business and clinical services meetings to assess user adoption and feedback, gather future requirements for training modifications, and provide status on competency, adoption, and utilization rates of existing training materials.
  • Review operational policies, procedures, feedback received on central LD mailbox to assess the need for refresher learning.
