Basic Qualification :
Candidates would have gained the following skills and experience through previous roles:
Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of human resources job-related experience are typically required
Payroll related working experience preferred
Deep knowledge of S.Korea Labor Standard Act
Good English communication skill(Verbal/Written)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Workday experience preferred
Excellent communicator with ability to work collaboratively effectively and respectfully
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Ability to work autonomously
Learning Mindset
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for all the payroll process including income tax, retirement pension and social insurance management for 140 hourly and 50 Support & Management employees.
Support Operations to comply “52 hours Act” and provide relevant information
Generate monthly payroll report, STIP, Gain Sharing, Merit Increase, etc.
General Services Management such as Cafeteria, Shuttle Bus, Employee Social Club and any other employee benefit items.
Responsible HR related expense monthly closing for facility level
Assist in the administration and support of employee issues and problems in a wide variety of personnel, wage/salary and benefit related issues under the general guidance of Human Resources Manager
HR data synthesis and analysis
Support HR budget planning & controlling
Outsourcing Services Management
Support Facility All Employee Meeting
HR Policy and Process Management and Continuous Improvement
Other works from HR manager and facility senior leadership team
