Position Summary:The Key Account Manager (KAM) plays a key role within EHI business in ensuring and achieving key customer’s business plan and targets in assigned channels. This position should lead and manage product ranging, promotion, visibility, sales performance and P&L by taking charge of the EHI category. This position is well-suited for someone who has a strong passion, positive attitude and excelled interpersonal skill to collaborate effectively with the wider internal and external teams and stakeholders. Working with a highly experienced and hands-on Management Team, this is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Professional to embark on and expand their coverage.

- Develop and execute annual business plans that efficiently achieves Customer & EHP goals/objectives.
- Communicate industry and competitor developments and recommend adjustments in business plan and tactics to aggressively respond to changes; lead response execution.
- Manage overall Customer P&L and deliver financial targets.
- Develop annual business strategy & plan and coordinate marketing strategies for EHI related customers.
- Manage monthly sales performance to deliver expected net sales and GM as planned.
- Manage assigned customers or vendors’ contracts, trade fund management and promotion ROI analysis, with the support of the channel director.
- Establish and Implement consumer & trade promotion to achieve sales target and profitable business relationships with assigned channels.
- Manage visibility and distribution in assigned channels.
- Forster strong customer relations with key customers or vendors to ensure long term partnership that promotes sales growth.
- Analyze sales relevant data such as sell in & out data, promotion, Nielsen data and etc.
- Collaborate with internal customer, CDM, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain team to drive initiatives, Regular status meetings and ensure forecast accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
- More than 9 years of work experiences in headquarters of Modern Trade channel sales.
- Key Account and Modern Trade Account management experience.
- Contributions to developing and implementing business and account plans.
- Collaborate with colleague cross-functionally.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Intermediate in business English.
- Demonstrated competencies in Initiative/Achieve Results/Collaboration/Strategic thinking/Change management/Innovative & Creative.
- FMCG/Mass selling experience preferred.
- Experience with CBP/ JBP preferred.
- Familiarity with AC Neilson and Category data.
